About ISCEE'18
The Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) once again brings you the 2nd International Symposium on Civil and Environmental Engineering (ISCEE'18) that will be held from 3rd to 4th December 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Organised by the Centers of Research in the Faculty, i.e. Jamilus Research Center for Sustainable Construction (JRC), Micropollutant Research Center (MPRC), Smart Driving Research Center (SDRC) and Center of Applied Geomatics for Disaster Prevention (CAGeD), and co-organised by Universitas Narotama Surabaya, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Universitas Kadiri, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and Politeknik Negeri Malang, ISCEE'18 aims to convene researchers, academicians and practitioners from across the globe to share and discuss new information about trends, innovations, challenges and solutions in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Previous Symposium
The 1st International Symposium on Civil and Environmental Engineering was held from 5th to 6th of December 2016 in Melaka, Malaysia. It was a resounding success with more than 200 participants from all over the world taking part in the technical and plenary sessions. All papers presented were published in MATEC Web Of Conferences (Volume 103), which was indexed by SCOPUS, Thomson Reuters, Engineering Village, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Inspec, etc.
